4. THANDAI MASALA 50gms

6. ELAICHI POWDER 10 gms
7. PISTACHIOS 10gms
8. MINT For Garnish


FOR THANDAI MASALA

Make a fine powder of Almond,cashewnut,rosepetal,aniseed,blackpeppercorn,saffron,elachi,poppy seed.

METHOD.
1. Boil and reduce milk to its 2/3 quantity.
2. Add sugar and elaichipowder,condensed milk.
3. Add thandai mix to the mixture and cook.
4. Add kewra,rose water and check consistency
5. Pour the mixture in moulds as desired
6. Refrigerate in freezer.
7. Serve frozen with fresh orange segment,mint ,chopped pistachios and milk quennel.

HOME GROWN JAMUN KULFI

10. CONDENSED MILK 40 gms
11. SUGAR 100gms
12. FRESH JAMUN PULP 50gms
13. SAFFRON FewThreads
14. ELAICHI POWDER 10 gms

METHOD.
1. Boil and reduce milk to its 2/3 quantity.
2. Add sugar and elaichi powder.
3. Make two equal parts.
4. Add jamun pulp to one part and saffron to other.
5. Pour the mixture in moulds as desired
6. Refrigerate in freezer.
7. Serve frozen,as displayed
