This week’s Karamveer special episode on Sony Entertainment Television’s Kaun Banega Crorepati 11 will be NDRF (Natural Disaster Response Force) Jawans- SN Pradhan, Director General with commandants Anupam Srivastava and Pradeep Srivastava. The jawans revealed interesting stories about their different rescue missions one of which is the most talked-about Japan's Triple Disaster. They bravely fought and neutralized Japan’s triple disaster situation in the year 2011 and revealed thrilling facts.
In March 2011, Japan experienced its most dynamic crisis since World War II. The entire country was hit by devastating mega-earthquake, tsunami and nuclear disaster at the same time. The death toll was observed to be exceeding 10,000 people. Thousands of people remained homeless and without electricity, heat or clean water. This was the time when India’s government force NDRF extended its helping hand.
Japan called Natural disasters forces across the world. NDRF was a force that was on foot since the beginning of a triple disaster situation. All the forces from all over the world pulled out their teams as the nuclear plants were melting down which were caused due to natural disaster, in such situations, Indian NDRF force were the only one who stayed back and neutralized the threat and gave their valuable inputs to save Japan without worrying about their lives. The Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe called out the NDRF and felicitated them.

NDRF is one such force that helped Japan in its difficult times. Just one day before when they were coming to shoot for KBC they had to urgently rescue people from Bhiwandi’s earthquake. Despite the situation, Jawans were present on the sets of KBC.”
