A proud moment - ace nutritional consultant Jaydeep Bhuta represented India at the prestigious Low Carb Universe (LCU) 2019, in Spain.

In its successful third edition this year, Low Carb Universe (LCU19) was held in the beautiful environs of Mallorca, Spain, between 12th November & 17th November. An international platform that organises health events across Europe, LCU is where you will learn all there is to know about health and nutrition, through lectures and workshops presented by well-known profiles and new stars.

An impressive list of speakers at the event this year also included one name that made Indians sit up and take note – Jaydeep Bhuta. As a Mumbai-based Nutritional Consultant, Jaydeep specializes in weight-loss, fat loss and diet control. Within the duration of one year, he himself went from a whopping 142kgs to 85kgs and has helped over 1,400 people drop over 14,000kgs, altogether! As the only Indian speaker at the event, Jaydeep contributed to the forum with a talk drawing upon his expertise in the field of nutrition. Apart from having a highly impressive set of clients and vast knowledge on nutrition and health, he also runs his own food company that supplies vegetarian low-carb meal options, diet-friendly chocolates and ice-creams, making it easy to understand why he was selected to be one among the many renowned global speakers at the event.
