Mumbai 24th January,2020: Hema Malini’s Natyavihar Kalakendra in association with Atharva foundation  showcased the blend of dance forms in Borivali on 24th January,2020.The  Chief Guests present at the event were Shri Gopal Chinayya Shetty (Member of parliament from North Mumbai), Smt. Hema Malini ( Member of Parliament and Bollywood Actress), Shri Sunil Rane (MLA & Chairman Atharva Foundation),  Smt. Manisha Chaudhary ( MLA ,Dahisar), Shri. Vinod Ghedia ( Ex Dy Mayor Mumbai), Shri. Harish Chheda ( Corporator ), Shri Jitendra Patel ( Corporator ).

Atharva Foundation & Hema Malini’s Natyavihar Kalakendra had unveiled the grand finale of Nritya Mahotsava, 2020 on the evening of 24th January 2020, Friday at Gyan Sagar Amphitheater, Borivali west, Mumbai. The Grand Finale of The Nritya Mahotsava 2020 was the blend of various dance forms and talents that was showcased in a form of competition by the youth of Borivali & Dahisar on 24 January 2020 at Gyan Sagar Amphitheater, Borivali West, Mumbai.

The glittering programme of sound, rhythm and expression was called, in the presence of Ace Academicians & Veteran Actress and amazingly talented dancer, the ‘Dream Girl’ of millions and presently a Parliamentarian Smt. Hema Malini and Shri.Gopal Chinayya Shetty (Member of Parliament from North Mumbai), was the chief guests for the evening. The event showcased a wide palette of dance choreography and promises to be a soul search for the lovers of art and culture. Young and talented dancers of Bharatnatyam and Kathak competed in Solo and Group performances, mesmerizing the audience throughout the evening.  To judge the competition prominent Bharatnatyam and Kathak dancers were present at the event.Smt. Uma Rele(Principal ,Nalanda Nirtya kala Mahavidyalaya, Mumbai), Guru Smt. Sumitra Rajguru, Smt. Dr. Varada  Pandit(Ph.d in Kathak),Smt. Jonaki Raghvan(Kathak exponent) and Bharatnatyam dancers Sandhya Damble and Aashleesha Lele. 

Atharva Foundation & Hema Malini’s Natyavihar Kalakendra  were happy to inspire the young & creative minds of tomorrow and look forward to give an opportunity to young talented artists and students learning classical dance, residing in Dahisar-Borivali. It was the perfect blend of tradition and talent.
